All paintings are subject to prior sale, because they are one-of-a-kind. In the event a painting you have ordered is not available, you will receive an immediate credit to your credit card or your check or money order will be immediately returned undeposited.

All orders are due and payable in U.S. dollars. Items are shipped from Brest, Belarus, or other location at our discretion. Actual shipping charges will be billed including any export costs, taxes, fees, etc. we may incur. If you elect to pay via check or money order, please wait for an email notifying you of estimated costs.

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from order date (order date can be found in order history).

To return an item purchased on the website, please email Sales Department with the reason for return. We will contact the Artist and inform them of your reasons for return and your email address. The Artist will reply with directions to ship the work back to them. When the Artist receives their work back in resalable condition, the Artist will contact us to refund the amount you paid for the artwork. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, and accessories. Furniture must be disassembled in original packaging.


If the work is damaged on return, you are responsible for restoring the work to resalable condition (please use postal insurance on all returns). If you request a replacement (and the Artist agrees), the Artist will ship your replacement after they have receive and process your returned work.
