Our Fine Art Brokerage Service has access to thousands of art titles
through our dealer, publisher, and artist networks. We make certain
that you receive the best value while maintaining the highest level of

HOW DO I KNOW MY ART WILL ARRIVE SAFELY?
ArtCredo has an In-House Packing/Shipping Department, who
professionally handles and securely packs your artwork to ensure
protection of your investment. We ship via Federal Mail who we've
found year after year to be the most dependable and on time carrier
both domestically and internationally.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DOES ArtCredo ACCEPT?
Payment will be made via Authorization Server of the Universal Payment System of CyberPlat.
We accept payment made by credit cards of the following payment systems:
- VISA
- Eurocard/MasterCard
- JCB
- Diners Club
- American Express
- Union Card
We also accept e-port Scratch Cards.
No surcharge is taken for servicing by the Universal Payment System of CyberPlat.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS OR LAY-AWAY ON ART?
Yes! Our Standard Lay-Away Plan requires that you pay 1/3 of total
invoice upon purchase. 1/3 is paid 30 days from purchase date and the
balance paid 45 days from purchase date. However, we are flexible and
can accommodate your payment needs. Contact our
Accounting Department to discuss how we may assist you.
HOW CAN ArtCredo SELL MY ART?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ART APPEARS ON LINE?
If all information, including acceptable image file is submitted, then
the ad will be placed at ArtCredo within 48 business hours. If we are
scanning the image for you, then expect placement to appear within 72
business hours upon receipt of all necessary information.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ART IS SOLD?
Upon receipt of payment from buyer, you will be responsible for
shipping art to ArtCredo. Upon
satisfactory inspection, artwork is shipped to buyer and payment is
made to seller. It's that easy!
DO I SHIP ART FRAMED OR UNFRAMED?
Depending on framing presentation, size, shipping costs, to name a few,
we may advise you to have art unframed for shipping. This is determined
on an individual basis.

Catalogue Listings consist of art being sold by Private Collectors,
Artists, Dealers, Galleries and Estates. All art is shipped to
ArtCredo for inspection and verification of
authenticity.
DO CLASSIFIED ADS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
ArtCredo inspects all artwork before shipping to you!
HOW DO I BUY ART THAT'S LISTED ON ArtCredo CATALOGUE?
It's Easy! Just click on any Title or Image of Art to view the details, which
also links to a "Add to cart" page. Complete all information and your
order will be processed.
WHAT IF I WANT THE ART FRAMED DIFFERENTLY OR UNFRAMED?
All Classified ArtCredo is being offered AS-IS, which means your offer
is based on all details listed in the ad. We realize many collectors
wish to choose their own framing presentation. Upon acceptance of your
offer, we will help you design your new frame.
